What if you don't HAVE a claim number and you can't get transferred without it? We have many claims that we can't see on Availity and have no idea if they are received.
Hi Irene, To speak to a Customer Advocate regarding a claim please call 800-972-8088 and have the 13-digit claim number ready to enter. See the IVR Claims Caller Guide for detailed instructions here -

I can never get through bcbs of ill to talk to someone for an out of state recepient and services rendered in ILLonois. Claim was billed to the local BCBS of ILL. It is imperative for me to have a good contact phone number for claim status. This run around is causing us to lose a lot of money due to supposedly past dead line. Theyre has to be a solution.
Hi Josh, If you could send us a private message we can ask our provider services team to assist you with this. ~ Kayla
I have not received checks since mid-Dec '21 and need to find out if they have been sent or need to be reissued. I have tried calling but can't reach an actual person. I can be contacted at 309-365-2500. Thanks!

How can I speak to a BCBSIL provider services representative? I have been calling for over a month and have literally been in tears calling every number available. I've also sent emails and no one has responded to me?
