I did claims adjustment option because I didn't have an option to enter patients info. I entered incorrect claim #, it brought me back to menu and I asked for representative and was transferred!

How do you reach a live representative?! I have a question about a denial we received and I can't get through to anyone! I tried going through my provider home plan and when they said they would transfer me to a live representative I got sent back to the same automated system with no help at all. This is so frustrating.
