I need to be able to talk to someone when I have a question about benefits. Sometimes Availity or the recorded option are not clear. I shouldn't have to jump through hoops to speak to a person, and I certainly shouldn't have to get online and complain to receive a callback. This isn't an issue with other insurance companies.
This is not helpful. Availity shows your member does not have coverage for specific services, the IVR states they do but will not provide limits, etc. There has to be a way to speak with a representative once you have exhausted all the IVR has to offer. I have sent a private message and a customer service email. I need assistance for your member.

This isn't actually an answer. You're still not able to speak to an actual person calling the provider services number.
