This is actually my 4th call. I got through to an advocate on May 12th, 2023. The issue was supposed to be resolved. I have reference numbers. But it has now been over 30 days and still no resolution.

How do I send a private message? I thought I had resolved the issue with Amy but it is not resolved after calling Medicare. I'm on hold again
