Blue Access for Members Hotline

Blue Access for Members SM has many awesome features! In this secure member website you can:

  • Check claims status and review Explanation of Benefit (EOB) statements
  • Find a doctor or hospital in your network
  • Print a temporary ID card or request a new one

It is your one-stop shop for managing your health care coverage. So, it can be very frustrating if you have any issues when you try to sign up for or log into the site.

Luckily help is available!

Technical Questions

If you have any trouble signing up for or logging into Blue Access for Members, please call the number on the back of your ID card or the Blue Access® Internet Help Desk at 888-706-0583. You will be able to talk to a representative 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

You can also email the Help Desk with your issue or question.

Benefits or Claims Questions

If you have questions about the information displayed in your Blue Access for Members account, such as benefits or claims information, you can:

  • Send us a private message through the “Message Center” in Blue Access for Members
  • Call the Customer Service number on the back of your member ID card
  • Send us a private message here on Connect or through Facebook or Twitter
