When can I sign up?

Open Enrollment for coverage in 2017 is November 1, 2016, through January 31, 2017. If you want your plan to start on January 1, you have until the 15th of December to enroll.

During Open Enrollment, if you enroll:

Between the 1st and 15th days of the month, your coverage starts the first day of the next month. Example: If you enroll on January 12, your coverage starts February 1.
Between the 16th and the last day of the month, your coverage starts the first day of the second following month. So if you enroll on January 16, your coverage starts on March 1.
