Go Mobile with the BCBSIL App

You shouldn’t have to jump through hoops to access information about your health care on the go. Stay connected with the new BCBSIL App, and access your important health insurance plan information whenever you need it, wherever you are.

With the BCBSIL app, you can:

Access your claims details including amount you may owe
Get coverage information including medical and prescription copays, deductible, and out-of-pocket amounts
View and email your member ID card
Save your ID card in Apple Wallet for on-the-go access
Locate in-network physicians and hospitals
Look at patient feedback and submit physician reviews

In addition, your phone settings are set to Spanish, the app will display in Spanish.

If you’re not a BCBSIL member, you can still use the app to:

Get a quote for insurance
Explore, compare and save insurance plan options
Apply for insurance and track your application status

The BCBSIL app is available for iPhone and Android users. To get the BCBSIL app, text BCBSILAPP to 33633* or search for BCBSIL in the iTunes App Store or Google Play.
