Go Mobile with the BCBSIL App

You shouldn’t have to jump through hoops to access information about your health care on the go. Stay connected with the new BCBSIL App, and access your important health insurance information whenever you need it, wherever you are.

With the BCBSIL app, you can:

Find a doctor, hospital or urgent care facility (even search for Spanish-speaking providers)
Register or log in to the secure member website, Blue Access for Members^SM, where you can:
- Get coverage and claims information
- Order a new ID card or print a temporary one
- Send and view messages from customer service
- View pharmacy benefits

If you’re not a BCBSIL member, you can still use the app to:

Get a quote for insurance
Compare options for plans and save the ones you’re interested in
Apply for insurance and track your application status

The BCBSIL app is available for iPhone and Android users. To get the BCBSIL app, text BCBSILAPP to 33633* or search for BCBSIL in the iTunes App Store or Google Play.
