Paperless EOBs

How do I get claims status without paper statements?

Simple! View your Explanation of Benefit (EOB) documents online in your BAM account.

After your claim has been processed you can choose to get an email or text alert instead of a paper statement. You’re free to access your claims status online anytime and anywhere – even from your smartphone or tablet.

In addition to being green and using less paper, this also lowers your risk for identity theft and health insurance fraud .

Go paperless in 3 steps:

  1. Log in to BAM.
  2. Under Quick Links, click “stop receiving paper statements.”
  3. Check the box to “Turn off paper statements.” Choose alert preferences to receive text or email notifications.
