If you're looking for a better way to manage your medical claims, the Claims Center in Blue Access for Members(SM) (BAMSM) is the way to go.
The Claim Center allows members to create personalized claims groups. This lets you organize claims the way you want to. It can be by a specific event (such as "knee surgery”) or a category (like “school physicals”).
You can also view and organize claims from the past 18 months or search and filter claims to help find the information you need. Filter by member, claim type, claim status and health service provider.
To get started, log in to your BAM account and click on "Claims Center". You can create your first claim group or add to an existing one.
