Hello, How does a person change her primary care physician? Is there a procedure that has to be followed? Thank you.

    Hi Joy, We can help you change your PCP. You can send us a private message here, call us at the number on your Id card, or send a message through the Message Center on Blue Access with your plan Id, contact information, and the name and address of the provider you'd like to switch to and we can help you with this. You can also change your PCP on your Blue Access account under the My Coverage tab. I see you also sent us a private message about this and I did respond to that as well. We're happy to help. ~ Kayla
