ARICA - Autism insurance

Anyone have issues with self-funded plans and not having the ARICA-Autism insurance.  Many children' are suffering because they can't get much needed services.

I just can't comprehend that this law is mandated unless you have a self-funded "cafeteria" plan policy.

Attached is a great presentation that Autism Speaks has that shows the benefits for this coverage...
