Does my policy cover mental health?

Hello,

Firstly, I don't know how to access  my plan to see what is covered, and I also don't know how to do something as simple as find out which places I can go to for a simple check up.  Second, I have been thinking about seeking counseling for a traumatic event and would like to know if I'm covered for mental health things.  How do I find this information?
