I have not yet received my BCBSIL member card. I have a procedure scheduled in two days.

Hello, My employer just switched to BCBS IL from Aetna and I still do not have a temporary card. I have an important medical procedure scheduled for this Friday, January 5. The provider is not willing to delay billing. Can you provide me with a temporary card ASAP?
