Rebate on the premium

we had health insurance by blue cross blue shield but we premium was more than we used according to the obama care act we do get the 80% of premium what will be the process to apply for refund.

Hello, Typically you aren't eligible for a refund on premiums while you are still active on a policy. Refunds are only issued when a policy has been cancelled and you have paid more in premiums than was due. ~ Heather
