How can I find out if any dental surgery is covered by BCBS, seperate from Delta Dental.

I am looking into dental implants because I have horrible teeth. I am curious what if anything BCBS does pay for regarding this surgery? This would be separate from what my dental plan covers. At this point it would be far cheaper to do implants than to try and fix most of my teeth, at least the ones that are left that can be fixed.
