Why is my blood work, that is/was part of my yearly, prevantative doctor visit not covered at 100%? Why does it go towards my deductible? One would think that since it is a necessary component to preventative health it would be covered.

Hello, Coverage would depend on how your provider billed the lab work. You can contact our customer service department at the number on your ID card and they can review your claim. ~ Kayla
