Help signing up for COBRA

My husband lost his job and we need to sign up for COBRA to keep our BCBSIL benefits. We don't have the paperwork to do that. Is there anyone there that can help us sign up? Thanks

thanks - my husband reached someone at his old company and they gave him the info. we are all set.
