POS vs PPO

I am in my Annual Enrollment week right now and I have two choices, an HCN (POS) or PPO. Can you please explain the main differences? From what I am seeing the cost and benefits are all the same with those two choices. I fully do not understand the reason for offering the two choices when the benefits and costs are the same. Please help me understand.
