Using an ITIN

I have coverage through my employer. My husband has an ITIN. Can I add him to my insurance policy through my employer (as long as it is allowable per our spousal carve-out) with his ITIN?

Hi Mary, You will need to contact your employer to see if you can add your husband to your plan. However, if your employer allows you to add him we will be able to do so with his ITIN. ~ Kayla
