Coverage for Ankle Replacement or Ankle Fusion

My Orthopedic is suggesting either an ankle fusion or ankle replacement due to severe and debilitating arthritis pain in my left ankle. I could find no information about coverage for either procedure on the BCBSIL site. Can you tell me how the procedure would be covered? Thx much. Al Williams
