If I have chiropractic coverage on my policy (whether I have met my deductible or not) but I go to an out of network chiropractor, can I still be reimbursed for the visit?

I am trying to figure out if i go to an out of network chiropractor if I can still use my chiropractic benefits?

I don't currently have a plan through BCBS. I am trying to figure out whether or not I should choose a plan with chiropractic benefits. My chiropractor is not in network with BCBS.
