Is this part of my BCBS PPO plan? How do I join the program?

    It does not look like your plan includes the Silver Sneaker's program. I am sorry for any inconvenience. However, you do have access to the Fitness Program. The Fitness Program is administered by Healthways, Inc and will give you unlimited access to a nationwide network of fitness centers that are available at a low monthly membership fee. The Fitness Program offers unlimited access to a choice of popular fitness centers in the network located across the country. Members can work out near home, the office or while traveling. Members are not limited to one fitness center. - Renee
