parent will not remove me from their insurance

I have moved out on my own and enrolled in my own insurance plan. My realtionship with my parent is not good. I want him to remove me from his BCBS insurance plan provided through his job. He keeps telling me that he can't take me off the plan. Is there anything I can do to get this done short of taking him to court?  He is costing a considerable amount of money due to the fact that my doctors cannot submit my bills to my insurance company and only to BCBS. Your help with this would be greatly appreciated.

    Good morning! I can have our team look into it for you and make sure we can figure out which plan is secondary or primary. You should be able to have the claims submitted to both plans, which is generally beneficial. We would also have to look at the type of plan to find out what would need done to remove you from the plan.
