How do I access claims on the website?

The website does not have a claims tab anymore. I also can't find my spending information any more either.

This is not Blue Access for Members. The login for Blue Access for Members is on the front page of our website on the top righthand side. ~ HC

I am logged in and there is no Claims tab for seeing EOB?
