page won't load past language option

I'm trying to login and the site sticks on the preferred language page. I've tried logging out & back in, hitting escape, Cntrl/Alt/Delete . . . .how can I get past this page?!

Hi Ellen, This is a known issue and we are working to resolve this. In the meantime we recommend either opening the page with a different browser or opening an incognito window. ~ HC
