We provide Physical Therapy Services for a BCBS of IL patient and he's reached his visit limit. How do we request more visits beyond the limit?
They sent me all over the place and it finally took the patient to call member services who gave him various numbers to reach out to, forms to complete, and where to fax documents. After all that, issue still unresolved, weeks later.
Did you get your answer for this? I cannot get a customer service advocate on the phone. It is really frustrating.
