Which doctors can I go to with Blue Edge HSA?

I have a BlueEdge HSA and I don't understand how I can find a doctor in network. Does network matter with an HSA? Also, how much will it cost and how do I access my HSA account balance?

I also have the Blue Edge HSA and am confused as to where I can access the funds to pay of balance of the medical bills.
