BAM

I have been trying for MONTHs to enroll in online EOB's. I keep getting a message that BAM is unavailble. When I called the rep said it was due to a security breach. It's been weeks, is this ever going to be available again? I really neEd to see my EOB's online.

We haven't had an outage and we certainly haven't had an outage that has lasted for months. I'm not quite sure what breach they're talking about because we've not that had that neither. You'll need to call our help desk so that they can troubleshoot with you and figure out exactly what's going on. They can be reached at 888-706-0583. --Tonya
